ABOUT PARALLEL WORLD

A world to play in.
A future to build together.

Starting with the UAE, Parallel World explores how games, cities and communities can become part of a connected digital ecosystem.

THE PROJECT

From city exploration
to a wider ecosystem.

Parallel World is developing an MMO Monopoly-style game featuring Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with scope to add major cities worldwide. City scenes and cultural stories give the experience a connection to real places.

The broader proposal connects gaming with consumer spending and merchant participation. The interactive demo shows city exploration; the wider commercial ecosystem remains a development and partnership vision.

THE PROPOSED MODEL

How participation
could connect.

01 / PLAYERS

Discover a digital city

The proposal begins with free citizen registration and participation in a network of games and city experiences.

02 / VOUCHERS

Connect future spending

Players would purchase vouchers for use with participating games and merchants. The proposed vouchers are for purchases, with no cash redemption or transfers.

03 / MERCHANTS

Support a shared ecosystem

Merchants would choose a contribution rate and settle voucher payments under the proposed model, with local currency settlement and applicable local tax requirements.

04 / REWARDS

Recognise participation

The proposal includes points awarded with vouchers and a treasury funded by merchant contributions for point buybacks. This mechanism requires further legal and regulatory review; it does not establish a guaranteed return.

WHY THE UAE

Rooted in the UAE.
Designed for a global community.

01

A place to begin

Abu Dhabi and Dubai provide the first city settings, drawing on their landmarks, cultural heritage and urban identity.

02

A place to connect

The vision brings games, local merchants and international communities into a shared digital city.

03

A place to grow

Future expansion would add cities, experiences and commercial partners, with local requirements guiding each market.
